Jack Powell

Jack Powell, 89, of Vevay, IN., died on Saturday, June 6, 2009 at the Swiss Villa Living Center in Vevay, IN.
He was born in Ervin, KY., the son of the late James and Hattie Wiseman Powell. He was a retired laborer from Interlake Steel Company.
He is survived by his nieces; Dorothy (Husband Earl) Embry of Worthville, KY., Beverly Simpson of Corinth, KY., a great niece; Anna Skirvin of Worthville, KY., and a great nephew; Cecil Allen Embry of Cynthiana, KY.
He was preceded in death by his parents and several brothers and sisters.
The Rev. Stan Reedy will officate the funeral service at 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, June 10, 2009 at the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home.
