James Stout

James Clayton “Jimmy” Stout, 63, of Worthville, KY, died on Sunday, July 3, 2022, in Bedford, KY.

He was born on August 14, 1958, in Madison, Jefferson County, IN, the son of the late Forrest Lee “Bill” Stout and Alma Kathleen France Stout.  Jimmy had previously worked for SES Environment Services as an Environmental Specialist and Tow Motor Operator until 2019, when his health declined.  He had also previously worked for CA Barner Veneer Company for over 20 years.  He was a member of the Eagle Creek Apostolic Church in Worthville, KY.

Jimmy will be missed by his lifelong companion, Elizabeth Hendren Stout of Worthville, KY, his two daughters, Tina (Donnie) Wright of Ghent, KY, and Jama Stout and her companion, Sam Lewis of Worthville, KY, a brother, Robert “Bobby” (Charlene) Stout of Worthville, KY, two sisters, Bonnie Wilhoit and Teresia Bruner, both of Carrollton, KY, nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a daughter, Leigh Ann Stout in 1983, a sister, Patricia Ann Martin, two brothers, Darrell and Carl Stout and a brother in-law, Clayton Bruner.

Arrangements have been entrusted with the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home.
