Jefferson Henry

Jefferson William “J.W.” Henry, 75, of Worthville, KY, died on Monday, April 20, 2020 at the Norton Hospital in Louisville, KY.

He was born on August 13, 1944 in Carrollton, Carroll County, KY, the son of the late John Kindoll and Hattie Winburn Henry.  He was a licensed Electrician and Plumber having worked at McNeal’s Hardware Store in Carrollton for over twenty years.  He had served his Country in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict.  He was of the Baptist faith.

He will be missed by his daughter; Tara Eldreta of Worthville, KY, his son; Joey Baldwin of Carrollton, KY, his former wife; Terry Henry of Worthville, KY, two step-son’s; Michael Lingenfelter of Worthville, KY and Matt Skirvin of Kingsport, TN, two brothers; Ralph Henry of Carrollton, KY, and Bobby Joe Henry of Port Royal, KY, eight grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers; Winey Henry and John Henry, a sister; Patsy Henry, and a granddaughter; Kailynn Nichole Lee Wallace.

Due to the current Covid-19 restrictions and the new reopening requirements we will be limited to the Funeral Home building occupancy to 50% of normal capacity, so please be prepared for a possible line as we will be monitoring the occupancy.  We will also be strictly adhering to the 6 feet social distancing requirements and all attendees will be required to wear a face mask.
