Jerry Bickers

Jerry L. Bickers, 67, of Cincinnati, OH, formerly of Carrollton, KY, died on Tuesday, March 8, 2016 at his residence in Cincinnati, OH.
He was born on May 4, 1948 in Madison, Jefferson County, IN, the son of Shelby Bickers and the late Louise McAlister Bickers. He was a retired Railroad Engineer for C.S.X. Railroad. He served his country in the United States Army. He was a member of Valley Christian Church in Carrollton.
He is survived by his father, Shelby Bickers of Carrollton, KY, two daughters, Stacy Lambert of Warsaw, KY, and Lesley(Matthew) Smith of Union, KY, a brother, Gary Bickers, of Carrollton, KY, six grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Louise McAllister Bickers in 1999.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be given to the Valley Christian Church in care of the funeral home.
Arrangements are entrusted with the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home.
Visitation
Visitation will be from 11:00 A.M. - 1:00 P.M. on Friday at the funeral home.
Funeral
Funeral Services will be on Friday, March 11, 2016 at 1:00 P.M. at the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home with the Rev. Carroll "Bimp" McAlister officiating the service.
Interment
Burial will be in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Carrollton. Military Honors will be presented at the graveside by the Carrollton American Legion Post #41.
