Joan Kinman

Joan Cobb Kinman 82, of Carrollton, KY, passed away on Wednesday 28, 2021, at St. Elizabeth Hospice Unit in Edgewood, KY. She was born on February 24,1939 in Carroll County, KY, the daughter of the late James Cobb, and Sallie Bertha Welch Cobb. She formerly worked as a Private Home Health Care Provider and was of Baptist Faith.

Joan will be missed by nieces and nephews and two grandsons, Barry Bickers and Doug Bickers.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, James “Jimmy” Kinman, a daughter, Earleen Bickers, a stepson, James Michael Kinman, a sister, Katherine Craword, and two brothers, Thomas Cobb and James Lee Cobb.

Arrangements have been entrusted with the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home.
