JoEllen Ramsey, 46, of Louisville, KY., formerly of Carrollton, KY., died on Saturday, September 18, 2010 at the University of Louisville Hospital.
She was born on March 21, 1964 in Maysville, KY., the daughter of the late James "Jim" and Rosemary Cope Ramsey. She was a sales associate for Dollar Tree Stores.
JoEllen is survived by her sons; Michael Ramsey and Brad Raisor of Carrollton and Timothy Beach of Ghent, KY., a brother; Douglas W. Ramsey of Carrollton, along with five grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother; James T. Ramsey.
A Memorial Service will be at 8:00 P.M., Friday, September 24, 2010 at the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 6:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M., Friday, September 24, 2010 at the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home. Cremation was chosen by the family.
