John Gilbert Albert

John Gilbert Albert, age 35, of Worthville, KY, born on September 25, 1989, in Fort Thomas, Campbell County, Kentucky, passed away suddenly on Saturday, November 16, 2024, in Carrollton, Carroll County, Kentucky. He had last worked in the plumbing industry and previously served as a food service manager at Hometown Pizza in Carrollton. 

John was known for his vibrant personality and his ability to bring joy to those around him. He had a passion for playing guitar and immersing himself in 90's music, often sharing his favorite tunes with friends and family. His love for music was closely tied to his fondness for making people smile. Additionally, John enjoyed anything related to Star Wars, showcasing his playful spirit and enthusiasm for the things he loved.  He was of the Baptist faith and had attended Worthville Baptist Church.

He leaves behind a family that held him dear. John is survived by his mother and stepfather, Charlene and Bobby Stout of Worthville, KY; his sister, Lena Sharp of Carrollton, KY; his brother, Joshua Cobb of Louisville, KY; and his nephew, Trenton Cobb of Worthville, KY, whom he considered a brother. These relationships were a source of great pride and happiness for John, and he cherished the time he spent with his family.

A visitation in honor of John will take place on Thursday, November 21, 2024, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home located at 809 Highland Ave, Carrollton, KY 41008. This will be followed by a funeral service beginning at 1:00 PM, at the funeral home with the Rev. Chris Kazee officiating the service. 

John's legacy of kindness and laughter will be remembered by all who knew him, leaving an indelible mark on the hearts of his family and friends.
