Joy Keith Hackett, 84, of Carrollton, KY, died on Friday, July 31, 2015 at the Norton's Brownsboro Hospital in Louisville, KY.
She was born on March 10, 1931 in Sanders, Carroll County, KY, the daughter of the late Leonard Keith and Virginia Keith Tandy. She was currently a homemaker and had retired from the First National Bank of Carrollton in 1996 as a Bank Teller. She had previously worked for the city of Carrollton in the Treasurer's Office, was a member of the Carrollton Christian Church and the Carrollton Woman's Club.
She is survived by her husband, Hubert Hackett, Jr. of Carrollton, KY, two daughters, Becky (Dean) Tandy of Lexington, KY, and Jennifer (Mike) Stewart of Carrollton, KY, a son, Barry K. (Dana) Hackett of Torrance, CA,, six grandchildren, Mandale Hackett, Derek Hackett, Isaac Tandy, Sarah Hennessy, Rachel Tandy, Ethan Stewart and one great grandchild, Eli Tandy.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Jane K. Abbott and two step sisters, Kay Bentley and Jody McDaniel.

Visitation
Visitation will be on Monday, August 3, 2015 from 5:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M. at the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home.
Funeral
Funeral Services will be on Tuesday, August 4, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. at the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home with the Rev. Timothy Polley officiating the service.
Interment
Burial will be in the Moffett Cemetery in Milton, KY.
