Joyce Ann Harmon Beverly, age 70, died Thursday, July 31, 2014 at her residence in Carrollton, KY. She was born June 20, 1944 in Ghent, Carroll County, KY to the late Calvin and Billie Vories Harmon. Joyce was a member of the Methodist faith and was a former slot attendant at Belterra Casino and Resort.
She is survived by her husband - Doug Beverly, two daughters - April Harmon of Carrollton, KY and Lisha Branham of Madison, IN, two sons - John Clapp of Carrollton, KY and Shawn Beverly of Carrollton, KY, a sister - Brenda Perkins of Carrollton, KY and a brother - Douglas Harmon of Lafayette, IN and two grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, two brothers - P.J. Harmon and Jimmy Harmon.
Funeral services were held at 1:00 P.M., Monday, August 4, 2014 at the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home. The Rev. Andrew Oakley officiated. Visitation was from 11:00 A.M. - 1:00 P.M. on Monday, August 4, 2014 at the funeral home. Interment was in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Carrollton, KY.
Pallbearers will be, Kerry Graham, Donnie Ball, Mike Dunn, Floyd Bowling, Zach Cole and Josh Burress.
