Kailynn Nichole Lee Wallace, of Worthville, KY., died on Thursday, May 24, 2012 at the Baptist Hospital Northeast in LaGrange, KY.
She was born on May 24, 2012 in LaGrange, KY., the daughter of Kevin Lee Wallace of Worthville, KY., and Tara Jean Henry also of Worthville, KY.
She will be missed by her parents, a sister, Jaylah Henry of Worthville, KY., her maternal grandparents, J.W. and Terry Henry of Worthville, KY., her paternal grandparents, Harold and Wanda Wallace of Worthville, KY., and three uncles.
She was preceded in death by a aunt.
A Graveside Service will be held on Wednesday, May 30, 2012 at 11:00 A.M. at the I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Carrollton, KY. There is no visitation planned.
