His survivors include: 3 sons - Anthony Carmack of Carrollton, KY, Keith Carmack of Carrollton, KY and Jason Barry of Henry County, KY, Father - Isaac Carmack, Vevay, IN, two sisters - Bonnie Beach of Bennington, IN and Vicki Harlow of Carrollton, KY, two brothers - Ronnie Carmack of Worthville, KY and Jerry Keith Carmack of Branson, Missouri, and 3 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his mother, a sister - Christine Carmack.
Funeral Services were on Friday, September 12, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. with the Rev. Carroll "Bimp" McAlister officiating the service at the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home. Visitation was from 10:00 A.M. - 11:00 A.M. on Friday, September 12, 2014 at the funeral Home. Burial was in the English Cemetery in Carrollton.
Arrangements were entrusted with the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home.
