Kellie Perkins - Martin, 46, of Carrollton, KY, died on Saturday, November 7, 2015 at her residence in Carrollton, KY.
She was born on August 1, 1969 in Carrollton, Carroll County, KY, the daughter of Dale Perkins, SR. and the late Carolyn Howard Courtney. She was a former furniture factory worker.
She is survived by her father, Dale Perkins, SR. of Carrollton, KY, her daughters, Brittany Perkins of Hanover, IN, and Logan Martin of Carrollton, KY, a sister, Delanea Simo-Ruzo of Carrollton, KY, a brother, Clifford Perkins of Trimble County, KY, a grandchild, Dakota Morrison of Hanover, IN.
She was preceded in death by her mother on August 14, 2011, and a brother, Dale Perkins, JR.
Arrangements are entrusted with the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home.

A Gathering of Family and Friends will be on Thursday, November 12, 2015 from 10:00 A.M. - NOON at the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home .
