Kelly Lee Buchanan, 46, of Bedford, KY, died on Wednesday, February 19, 2014 in Bedford, KY, as a result from injuries sustained in a automobile accident.
He was born on March 6, 1967 in Carrollton, Carroll County, KY, the son of James Michael Buchanan and Berdina Yavonne McGuire Buchanan of Bedford, KY. He was a machine operator for Synmat Materials in Ghent, KY. He was of the Catholic Faith. In his spare time he enjoyed fishing, boating, and four wheeling. He enjoyed listening to music especially the Lynyrd Skynyrd band.
He will be missed by his parents of Bedford, KY, his wife, Crystal (Horner) Buchanan of Bedford, KY, a son, Jordan Lee Buchanan of Bedford, KY, a step-son, Christopher Wade Combs of New Castle, KY, two sisters, Kena Raye Buchanan of Richmond, IN, and Christy Cagle of Chelsea, OK, and one step-grandson, Christopher Hendrix Combs of New Castle, KY.
He was preceded in death by his son, James Andrew Buchanan.
Funeral Services were on Monday, February 24, 2014 at 2:00 P.M. at the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home with the Rev. Carroll "Bimp" McAlister officiating the service. Visitation was on Monday, February 24, 2014 from Noon - 2:00 P.M. at the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home. Cremation was chosen by the family.
