Kendall Hornback

Kendall A. Hornback, 53, of Worthville, KY, died on Thursday, May 23, 2019 in Worthville, KY.

He was born on March 1, 1966 in Louisville, KY, the son of the  Kenneth Hornback and Sylvia Mahoney Hornback.  He had been disabled for many years.

He is survived by his mother, Sylivia Mahoney Hornback of Worthville, KY,  two sisters, Cindy (Frank) Proctor of Worthville, KY and  Pam Hornback of Boone Co., KY, two brothers, Troy Wayne Hornback and Danny Hornback, both of Worthville, KY.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Graveside Services will be on Thursday, May 30, 2019 at 11:00 A.M. at the Worthville Cemetery with the Rev. Chris Kazee officiating the service.  No visitation will be held.

Arrangements are entrusted with  the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home.
