Lewellyn, Jr., of Carrollton, KY., Step - Daughter, Susan Hauber of Carrollton, KY.,Step - Sons, Richard Strode of Covington, KY., Mark Downey of Covington, KY., Brother, Elemer Lewellyn of Carrollton, KY.,Eight Grandchildren and Three Great Grandchildren.
Funeral Services were on Monday, July 25, 2011 at the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home with the Rev. Mike Stephens officiating the service.
