Lee Elliston Moore, Sr., 75,of Campbellsburg, Henry County, KY., died on Friday, January 27, 2012 at the Baptist Hospital Northeast in LaGrange, KY.
He was born on August 7, 1936 in Henry County, KY., the son of the late Joe and Lillie Montgomery Moore. He was retired from Carl Ray's Nursery as a landscaper.
Mr. Moore is survived by a daughter, Laurie Moore Norris of Glasgow, KY., a son, Lee Moore, Jr., of Shelbyville, KY., five siblings also survive him, Charlie Moore of Missouri, Hallie Thomas of Trimble County, KY., Littie Heitzman of New Castle, KY., George Moore of Franklinton, KY., and Clarence Moore of Henry County, KY., nine grandchildren and twelve grandchildren also survive.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister, Peggy Harp and two brothers, Walker and Johnnie Moore.
No services are planned. The Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
