Linda Carol Banks

Linda Carol Banks, born on September 15, 1947, in Madison, Jefferson County, Indiana, passed away peacefully on December 22, 2024, in Dayton, Montgomery County, Ohio. A devoted wife, mother, and passionate professional, Linda's life was marked by her dedication to both her career and her family.

Linda earned her degree from Wright State University, and embarked on a fulfilling career that included her role as an Editor and Proofreader for the LexisNexis Legal Database. Her professional journey also led her to become the owner of Alexander Chandler Publishing Co. in Beavercreek, Ohio, where she showcased her exceptional skills and love for the written word.

Outside of her professional life, Linda was known for her creativity and compassionate spirit. She had a particular enjoyment of knitting and sewing, hobbies through which she not only expressed herself but also contributed to the community by knitting hats for premature infants. Her hands, skilled in both needlework and care, left a warm impact on those around her.

Linda is survived by her beloved husband, William Roger Banks, and her son, William Chandler Banks, who reside in Centerville, Ohio. She is also remembered fondly by her Aunt, Charlotte Pusey, of LaPlace, Louisiana.

The family invites friends and loved ones to celebrate Linda's life during the visitation on December 30, 2024, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, followed by a funeral service at 1:00 PM, both taking place at Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home located at 809 Highland Ave, Carrollton, Kentucky.

Linda Carol Banks will be deeply missed by all who knew her, and her legacy will continue through the love she shared and the kindness she inspired in others.
