Linda Hunter

Linda Sue Willett Hunter, 72, of Carrollton, KY, died on Friday, January 31, 2020 in Carrollton.

She was born on March 11, 1947 in Turners Station, Henry County, KY, the daughter of the late Raymond Merrill “Peno” Willett and Elizabeth Casey Willett.  She had retired from the United States Postal Service in Carrollton as a Rural Mail Carrier.  She was a member of the English Baptist Church.   She enjoyed raising flowers and taking care of her lawn at her home.

She will be missed by a son, Gregory Wayne (Holly) Hunter of Harrodsburg, KY, two daughters, Michelle Renee’ (James) Jones, Jr. of Carrollton, KY, and Leigh Ann Hunter of Carrollton, KY, a sister, Donna Johnson of Carrollton, KY, six grandchildren and three great grandchildren also survive.

She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Forrest Leon Willett and Earl Wayne Willett.

Arrangements are entrusted with the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home.
