Logan Scott Kemper, 57, of Turners Station, Henry County, KY, died on Wednesday, May 20, 2015 at The Breckinridge in Lexington, KY.

He was born on August 21, 1957 in Carrollton, Carroll County, KY, the son of Robert Louis "Bobby" Kemper and Ruth Helen Tingle Kemper of Worthville, KY. He was a retired Business Owner of Kemper Brothers Transportation Company. He also enjoyed farming. He was a member of the Family Worship Center in Carrollton, the National Rifle Association, the American Quarter Horse Association and a former member of the Gideon's .

He is survived by his wife, Deborah Ann Zeiss Kemper of Turners Station, KY, his parents of Worthville, KY, a son, Michael Louis (Stacey) Kemper of Ghent, KY, two daughters, Kalyn Leigh (Logan) Hudgins of Worthville, KY, and Caryn Nichole (David) McAlister of Turners Stations, KY, two brothers, Charles R. "Peewee" (Judy) Kemper of Carrollton, KY and Dwight Christopher (Becky) Kemper of Perry Park, KY, a sister, Susan Gene Kemper of Sparta, KY, five grandchildren, Braeden Travis Kemper, Mayle Breann Peck, Makenzie Hayden Peck, Maddie Elizabeth Peck, Logan Jason Tandy Hudgins (arriving any day).

He was preceded in death by his son, Jason Travis Kemper.

Pallbearers will be Michael Kemper, Logan Hudgins, David McAlister, Charles "Peewee" Kemper, Dwight Christopher Kemper, Paul Kemper, Thomas "Dooley" Butcher, Pat Butcher and Carson Butcher.

Friday, May 22, 2015 from 5:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M. at the Family Worship Center in Carrollton and from 10:00 A.M. - 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, May 23, 2015 at the Family Worship Center in Carrollton.

Funeral

Saturday, May 23, 2015 at 2:00 P.M. at the Family Worship Center in Carrollton with the Rev. Pat Butcher, Rev. Tony McKinnon, Rev. David Finley and Rev. Chris Kazee officiating the service.

Interment

Dallasburg Masonic Cemetery in Wheatley, KY.
