Lou Ella Martin Rucker, age 62,died on Thursday, February 13, 2014 at the Carroll County Memorial Hospital in Carrollton.
She was born in Carrollton, Carroll County, KY on January 22, 1952 to Homer "Monk" and Anna Elizabeth Towles Martin. She was a member of the Carrollton Wesleyan Church, worked at Electro Wire in Campbellsburg, KY and was a former manager at McDonalds in Carrollton, KY.
Lou Ella is survived by her husband - Everett L. Rucker, daughters; Carrie Rucker Foster - Lexington, KY, Tracey Rucker Crawford - Worthville, KY and Cindy Williams Rucker - Worthville, KY, sons; Christopher Rucker and Everett Rucker, Jr. both of Worthville, KY, sisters; Sue Gray - Milton, KY and Shirley Willhoite = Worthville, KY, brothers; Ralph Martin - Carrollton, KY, Casper "Butch" Martin - Campbellsburg, KY and Roy "Doc" Martin - Carrollton, KY and 10 grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents and a brother - Roger Martin.
The Rev. Jonathan Haynes officiated the services at 11:00 AM - Monday - February 17, 2014 at Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home. Visitation was from 5:00 - 8:P00 PM - Sunday - February 16, 2014.
