Mable J. Berry, 77, Gas City, passed away at 4:26 am on Wednesday, March 29, 2023, at Dupont Hospital in Fort Wayne. She was born in Carrollton, Kentucky, on Tuesday, April 3, 1945, to Warren and Hilda (Riffle) Adams. On April 4, 1987, she married Robert Berry and he survives.
She was a very talented woman. She was a member of Faith Apostolic Church where she played the keyboard. She loved spending time with her family.
Survivors include her husband, Robert Berry of Gas City; son, Donald Kevin (Mary) Winburn of Milton, KY; grandsons, Kevin Blake Winburn, Dakota Aaron Winburn, and Donavan Cole Winburn; brothers, Robert (Linda) Adams, Jim (Annie) Adams both of KY; sisters, Nellena (Warren) Adcock of KY and Helen Spurlock of TX.
She was preceded in death by her parents, W.T and Hilda Adams; brothers, Albert "Coley", Kenneth, Bill, Tom, Warren, Merle D., and Sam Adams; and sisters, Nancy Berry and Ruth B.
Local visitation will be on Tuesday, April 4, 2023, from 11:00 A.M. - 1:00 P.M. at the Relevant Church in Carrollton. Immediately following the time of visitation, a service to celebrate Mable's life will begin at 1:00 pm with Pastor Clarence Hand officiating. Burial will take place at Port Royal Cemetery in Port Royal, KY.
Local Arrangements have been entrusted with the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home.
