Malora Stark, 85, of Carrollton, KY, died on Thursday,November 13, 2014 at the Carroll County Memorial Hospital in Carrollton. She was born October 5, 1929 in Carrollton, Carroll County, KY, the daughter of the late James H. Courtney and Ada B. Ashcraft Courtney. She was a retired accountant from Raisor, Zapp & Wood, PSC in Carrollton. She was a member of Carrollton Christian Church, where she served as a deacon for nine years. She is survived by her husband, Strother Stark of Carrollton, KY, her daughter, Karen S. Lenz of Lexington, KY, two grandsons, Cody Lenz and Tucker Lenz, both of Lexington, KY. She was preceded in death by her parents and three brothers, J.B. Courtney, Marvin Courtney and Logan Courtney. Funeral Services were on Tuesday, November 18, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. at the Carrollton Christian Church with the Rev. Melvin LeCompte and Rev. Jeff Sames officiating the service. Visitation was on Monday, November 17, 2014 from 5:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M. at the Carrollton Christian Church. Burial was in I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Carrollton. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be given to the Carrollton Christian Church in care of the funeral home. Arrangements were entrusted with the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home.

Visitation

Visitation will be on Monday, November 17, 2014 from 5:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M. at the Carrollton Christian Church.

Funeral

Funeral Services will be on Tuesday, November 18, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. at the Carrollton Christian Church with the Rev. Melvin LeCompte and Rev. Jeff Sames officiating the service.

Interment

I.O.O.F. Cemetery - Carrollton, KY
