Margaret Smoot

Margaret Smoot, 82, of Campbellsburg, KY, died on Friday, October 10, 2014 at her residence in Campbellsburg, KY. She was born on November 15, 1931 in Warsaw, Gallatin County, KY, the daughter of the late Howard and Mabel Jones.She retired from the Teledyne-Wirz Factory in Carrollton. She was a member of the Sanders Baptist Church. She is survived by two son's, Bobby Snow and Troy Snow, both of Campbellsburg, KY, two step-son's, Joseph and Jesse Smoot of Perry Park, KY, a sister, Irene Snow of Ghent, KY, five grandchildren and three great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, David Allen Smoot (2009), a daughter, Jennifer Snow, two sisters, Christine Snow and Wilma Smith, three brothers, Ralph Jones, Harvey Paul Jones and Junior Jones and one grandson. A Graveside Service was on Thursday, October 16, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. at the Warsaw Cemetery in Warsaw, KY. Visitation was on Wednesday, October 15, 2014 from at the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home. Burial was in the Warsaw Cemetery. Arrangements were entrusted with the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home.
