Marjorie T. Beeson, 82, of Carrollton, KY., died on Sunday morning, June 6, 2010 at the Gallatin Health Care Center in Warsaw, KY.
She was was born on July 26, 1927 in Anderson, Madison County, IN., the daughter of Charles and Annie (Turpin) Thornburg. Marjorie was a Homemaker and a Quaker by faith.
She was Past President of Anderson, IN., Art's Association and a former member of the Madison, IN., Art's Association.
She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law; Lanonna "Lonnie" Sundermeyer and husband; Bob of Ghent, KY., two close nephews; Richard Armfield and Jim Armstrong, three grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband; Ralph E. Beeson (1996), sisters; Vernice Armstrong and Mable Imel, brothers; Vern, Clarence, Robbie Lee and Ward Armfield.
Funeral Services were Thursday, June 10, 2010 at the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home. Burial was in the Park Cemetery in Greenfield, IN. The Rev. Ron Sandidge officiated the services.
In Lieu of Flowers, Memorial Gifts may be given to Hospice of Northern Kentucky or the Alzheimers Association.
The Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
