Martha Johnson, 75, of Worthville, KY, died on Friday, August 2, 2013 at her residence in Worthville, KY.
She was born on November 26, 1937 in Anderson County, KY, the daughter of the late William and Sara Marie Ward. She and her husband had owned and operated Johnson's Grocery Store in Worthivlle, KY, for many years. She also enjoyed farming and was of the Baptist faith.
She is survived by two sons, Freddy and Bobby Black, both of Worthville, KY, a daughter, Martha Brown of Michigan, three step - sons, Dale Black of Nelson County, KY, Richard Johnson of Worthville, KY, and Charles Johnson of Bowling Green, KY, a step - daughter, Sharon Dillard of Bowling Green, KY, two sisters, Rosie Dale Ward and Jo Ann Holt both of Anderson County, KY, eight grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Boyd Johnson on October 17, 2002.
Funeral Services were on Wednesday, August 7, 2013 at 1:00 P.M. at the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home. Burial was in the Worthville Cemetery in Worthville, KY.

Visitation will be from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. on Wednesday, August 7, 2013 at the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home.
