Martha Louise Perkins, 80, of Carrollton, KY., died on Thursday evening, June 7, 2007 at the Norton Audubon Hospital in Louisville, KY. She was born in Carroll County, Ky to Lee and Katie Marie Gulley Lewellyn, who preceded her in death. She was a member of the Apostolic Faith and a retired Nurse's Aid at Carrollton Manor Nursing Home and Green Valley Health and Rehabilitation Center.
Surviving is one sister - Mary Alice Breeden of Carrollton, KY and several Nieces and Nephews. She was preceded in death also by her Husband; Ernest Perkins in 1971, two sisters; Mamie Lewellyn and Zelphia Parker and a brother; Lee Lewellyn, Jr.
The Rev. Curtis Breeden will officiate the funeral services.
