Mary K. Lindsay, 85, of Carrollton, KY., died on Sunday evening, September 9, 2012 at the Jefferson Place in Louisville, KY. She was born on January 21, 1927 in Jeffersonville, Clark County, IN., the daughter of the late Joseph W. Kleer and Eva C. Kleer. She was a retired Secretary for General Electric in Louisville, KY., and also M & T Chemicals in Carrollton. She had been one of the early organizers of the St. John Food Pantry in Carrollton. She was a member of the St. John Catholic Church in Carrollton. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, William Curtis Lindsay on June 26, 2012, a daughter, Lisabeth Ann Lindsay on April of 1965. Mass of Christian Burial will be on Friday, September 14, 2012 at 12:00 P.M. (Noon) at the St. John Catholic Church with the Rev. Kavungal Davy presiding over the Mass. Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M.-8:00 P.M. on Thursday, September 13, 2012 at the St. John Catholic Church and from 10:00 A.M. - Noon on Friday, September 14, 2012 at the Church. Evening Prayers will be at 7:30 P.M. on Thursday, September 13, 2012 at the Church. Burial will be in the St. John Catholic Cemetery in Carrollton. In Lieu of Flowers, Memorial Gifts may be given to the St. John Food Pantry in care of the funeral home. The Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.

Visitation

Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M.-8:00 P.M. on Thursday, September 13, 2012 at the St. John Catholic Church and from 10:00 A.M. - Noon on Friday, September 14, 2012 at the Church.

Funeral

Mass of Christian Burial will be on Friday, September 14, 2012 at 12:00 P.M. (Noon) at the St. John Catholic Church

Interment

St. John Catholic Cemetery in Carrollton.
