Mary Miller

Mary Poole Miller, 78, of Carrollton, KY., died on Tuesday, June 29, 2010 while vacationing in Myrtle Beach, SC.
She was born September 29, 1931 in Baltimore, MD., the daughter of the late Woodford and Annette Hopkins Poole. She retired in 1990 as Food Services Director from the Carroll County Schools. Mary was a Sunday School Teacher for many years and headed up the Hospitality Committee at the church.
On June 15, 1951 she married Raymond Rodgers Miller and he survives, other survivors include her two son's; David P. (Roberta) Miller of Carrollton, KY., and Timothy J. Miller of Woodstock, GA., along with five grandchildren and one great grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother; James Woodford Poole.
Funeral Services were on Monday, July 5, 2010 at the First Baptist Church of Carrollton. Burial was in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Carrollton, KY.
Arrrangements are entrusted with the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home.

5:30 P.M. - 8:00 P.M. - Sunday - July 4, 2010 at the First Baptist Church Of Carrollton and from 11:00 A.M. - 1:00 P.M. on Monday at the church.
