Mary Rea Walker, 89, Carrollton, KY., died on Saturday morning, April 24, 2010 at the Green Valley Health and Rehab. Center in Carrollton, KY.
She was born on November 2, 1920 in Henry County, KY., the daughter of the late Norman and Nettie (Craigmyle) Neville. She was a housewife and a member of the Cove Hill Baptist Church.
Survivors include three daughters; Mary Brummett of Indianapolis, IN., Brenda Riley of Carrollton, KY., and Joyce Mahoney of Carrollton, KY., seven sons; Donnie Walker of Ghent, KY., Russell Walker of Martinsville, IN., Jerry Walker of Indianapolis, IN., John Walker of Milton, KY., George Walker of Carrollton, KY., Billy and Mike Walker both of Carrollton, KY., a sister; Virginia Mahoney of Pleasureville, KY., along with forty two grandchildren, one hundred great grandchildren and nine great great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband; James Walker, daughters; Patricia Walker, Martha Kelley and Linda Shay, a son; James Larry Walker, sisters; Corine Neville, Dora Mae Neville, Lucy Kelley and Ethel Hawkins, a brother; Prentice Gilbert Neville.
The Funeral will be at 11:00 A.M., Tuesday, April 27, 2010 at the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 5:00 - 8:00 P.M., Monday, April 26, 2010 at the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home. Burial will be in the English Cemetery near Carrollton, KY.
