Mary Wright

Mary Willoughby Wright, 85, of Carrollton, KY., died on Sunday, August 12, 2012 at the Carroll County Memorial Hospital in Carrollton.

She was born on May 4, 1927 in Nelson County, KY., the daughter of the late John and Bertha Berry Stewart. She was a retired farmer and a member of the English Christian Church in Carrollton.

She will be missed by her three daughters, Barbara Ann Dunn and Jean Carolyn McAlister, both of Carrollton, KY., and Brenda Kay Stewart of Worthville, KY., a sister, Anita Crockett of Jekyle Island, GA., seven grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren also survive.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Nelson Eugene "Gene" Wright, a infant son, Dennis Wayne Wright, two brothers, John and James Stewart.

Funeral Services will be on Thursday, August 16, 2012 at 11:00 A.M. at the English Christian Church with the Rev. Keith Miller and Rev. Donny Kauffman officiating the service. Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M. on Wednesday, August 15, 2012 at the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home and from 10:00 A.M.-11:00 A.M. on Thursday at the English Christian Church. Burial will be in the English Cemetery in Carrollton, KY.

In Lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be given to the English Christian Church in care of the funeral home.

Visitation

Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M. on Wednesday, August 15, 2012 at the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home and from 10:00 A.M.-11:00 A.M. on Thursday at the English Christian Church.
