Matthew Clinton Hearn, of Carrollton, KY, died on Tuesday, January 7, 2014 at Baptist Health La Grange in La Grange, KY.
He was born on January 7, 2014 the son Marty and Crystal Hearn of Carrollton, KY.
He is survived by his parents, two brothers, Ashton and Zachary Hearn, both of Carrollton, KY, his maternal grandmother, Ruth Ann Cato of Owenton, KY, his paternal grandmother, Aileen Hearn of Milton, KY.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Clinton Hearn.
A Memorial Service was on Sunday, January 12, 2014 at 2:00 P.M. at the Faith Community Church in Carrollton. Cremation was chosen by the family.
