Melessa Ann Jackson Chisholm, 45, of Carrollton, KY., died on Wednesday, October 10, 2012 at the University of Louisville Hospital in Louisville, KY.
She was born on May 7, 1967 in Carrollton, Carroll County, KY., the daughter of Lloyd W. and Stella L. Fox Jackson of Carrollton, KY. She was a former factory worker and a floral designer. She was a graduate of Carroll County High School and of the baptist faith.
She is survived by her husband, Joseph Chisholm of Carrollton, her parents of Carrollton, a daughter, Janee Short of Carrollton, a son, Gene Willhoite of Carrollton, a brother, Terry L. Jackson of Carrollton, and one grand daughter, Kaydence Smith of Carrollton.
Funeral Services will be on Tuesday, October 16, 2012 at 11:00 A.M. at the Family Worship Center with the Rev. Jimmy Stewart officiating the service. Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M. on Monday, October 15, 2012 at the Family Worship Center. Burial will be in the English Cemetery in Carrollton, KY.
