Mitchell D. "Mitch" Vories, 50, of Carrollton, KY., died on Monday, January 31, 2011 in Carroll County, KY., from injuries received in a automobile accident.
He was born on December 15, 1960 in Louisville, KY., the son of George "Dickie" Vories and the late Ernestine Raisor Vories. Mitch as most people knew him was a laborer and of the christian faith. He had formerly served in the U.S. Army.
Survivors include his wife Tracy Arvin Vories of Carrollton, his son; Daniel Vories of Ghent, KY., his father of Lakeland, FL., two brothers; Mike Vories of Charlestown, S.C. and Matt Vories of Orlando, FL.
He was preceded in death by his mother.
Cremation was chosen by the family.
The Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
