Nana Llewellyn Way, 80, of Carrollton, KY., passed away at 5:05 P.M., Monday, March 21, 2005 at Jewish Hospital in Louisville, KY.
She was born February 4, 1925 in Sanders, KY. Nana was raised by Lena and Lawrence Llewellyn. She fomerly owned Nana Way's Frame Shop, she previously worked for First National Bank of Carrollton for many years. Nana was a member of Carrollton United Methodist Church, she was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother.
Survivors include two daughters; Deborah Way Litch of Memphis, TN., and Mary Way Mason of Lexington, KY., a son; John H. Way, III. of Bostic, N.C., two grandchildren; John H. Way, IV. of Lexington, KY and Erin E. Way both of Lexington, KY.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband; John H. "Jack" Way, Jr., who died in May of 2002.
The Rev. Shannon Boaz will officiate the graveside service.
The Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
