Nathan Ray Stewart, 46, of New Albany, IN., formerly of Worthville, KY., died on Friday, July 23, 2010 at his residence in New Albany, IN.
He was born on October 7, 1963 the son of Melvin Clifford and Nina Hunt Stewart. He was a Sales Representitive for Sysco Foods. Nathan over the years was active with the youth in Boy Scouts of America. He was a member of the Culbertson Baptist Church where he served as a former deacon of the church.
He will be missed by his sons; Robert Tyler Stewart of Noblesville, IN., and Evan Taylor Stewart of Crestwood, KY., a daughter; Natalie Ray Stewart of New Albany, IN., his mother; Nina Stewart of Worthville, KY., a brother; Roy Thomas Stewart of Georgetown, KY., two sisters; Melinda Kemper of Lexington, KY., and Jenny Dwyer of Verona, KY.
Nathan was preceded in death by his father; Melvin Clifford Stewart.
Funeral Services were on Saturday, July 31, 2010 at the Worthville Baptist Church with the Rev. Steven Scherer and Rev. Darrell James officiating the service. Burial was in the Dallasburg Masonic Cemetery in Wheatley, KY.
Arrangements are entrusted with the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home.
