Oliver Hampton Mills, 96, of Carrollton, KY, formerly of Frankfort, KY, died on Sunday, March 6, 2016 at the Fairview Place in Carrollton, KY.
He was born on May 31,1919 in Inez, Martin County, KY, the son of the late Leonard and Virgie Lee Davis. He was a retired Contractor having owned Mills Excavation Company in Frankfort, KY. He served his country during World War II. He was a member of the Capital City Christian Church in Frankfort, KY.
He is survived by his three daughters, Teresa (Paul) Kemper of Carrollton, KY, Yvonne Bradford of Michigan and Brenda Ratcliff of Columbus, OH, two brothers, Wade Mills and Clete Mills, both of Columbus, OH, two sisters, Catherine Mills and Verneda Fuller, both of Columbus, OH, eleven grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Sarah may Mills in 1989 and a son, Danny Mills, two brothers and four sisters.
The Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.

Funeral
A Graveside Service will be on Wednesday, March 9, 2016 at 2:00 P.M. at the Frankfort Cemetery .
