Ouida B. Johnson, 67, of Carrollton, KY., died on Friday, October 24, 2008 at the Baptist Hospital Northeast Hospice Unit in LaGrange, KY.
She was born on March 29, 1941 in Turners Station, Henry County, KY., the daughter of the late William & Mary Elizabeth (Diarmit)McDole. Ouida was a former factory worker at various factories. She enjoyed making crafts in her spare time.
Survivors include a daughter; Cheryl Lynn Allen of Sanders, KY., a sister; Ida Whitaker of Dayton, OH., a brother; Ernest William McDole of Atleboro, MA., five grandchildren; Dennis, David, Dawn, Douglas and Derrick Allen, four great grandchildren; Chrisha Jones, Tyler Greer, Destiny Brown and Sarah Allen.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters; Virginia McDole and Dorothy Holland, four brothers; Edward, Freddy, Roy and Bobby McDole.
Memorial Services were held on Tuesday, October 28, 2008 at the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home. Cremation was chosen by the family.
Memorial Gifts were given to the family.
The Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home was entrusted with the arrangements.
