Pamela K. Blaacker, 54, of Florence, IN, formerly of Warsaw, KY, died on Thursday, August 1, 2013 at the Carroll County Memorial Hospital in Carrollton.
She was born on November 7, 1958 in Kenton County, KY, the daughter of the late, John Henry Bailey and Darlene Sue Conway Spicer. She had previously worked for Rosedale Manor Nursing Home in Latonia, KY, in the food service department. She was of the Baptist faith.
She will be missed by her daughter, Lisa Clephane of Warsaw, KY, her step - mother, Wanda Bailey of MacClenny, FL, two sisters, Stephanie Bailey and Michelle Cook of MacClenny, FL, three brothers, John, Timmy and Milburn Bailey all of MacClenny, FL, along with four grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Michael Bailey.
Cremation has been chosen by the family, A Memorial Service will be at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, August 10, 2013 at the Warsaw Riverfront Park in Warsaw, KY.
