Paul William Kemper, age 60, of Carrollton, KY died at his home on Saturday, January 7, 2017. He was born on July 22, 1956 in Carrollton, Carroll County, KY to Willie Scott and Norma Jane (Dunn) Kemper. He was a member of Family Worship Center and Carrollton Lodge #134, F. & A.M. Paul owned and operated Kemper Construction Company in Carrollton, KY for over 30 years.Survivors include his wife, Teresa V. Kemper, three daughters, Carrie Zoe Kemper of Los Angeles, CA, Stephanie (Tim) Osborne of Carrollton, KY and Sarah (Ryan Hawkins) Thacker of Carrollton, KY, two sons, Jonathon (Jessica) Wright of Carrollton, KY and Joshua (Mackenzie) Wright of Carrollton, KY, a brother, David (Debbie) Kemper of Carrollton, KY, seven grandchildren, Baily Blackburn, Emily Blackburn, Parker Lee Wright, Eli Robert William Hawkins, Mariah Hawkins, Rayden Hawkins and Addy Hawkins, all of Carrollton, KY, a niece, Norma (Roy) Stafford of Ghent, KY and a great nephew, Jacob Stafford of Ghent, KY. He was preceded in death by his parents.
The Rev. Pat Butcher and the Rev. Tim Osborne will be officiating.
