His survivors include; his wife, Margaret L (Rodgers) Rose, his mother, Oma Craft Rose of Napolean, IN, 7 daughters, Christina M. Wilson of Osgood, IN, Paula J. Law of Bedford, KY, Kelly J. Stephen of Versailles, IN, Patsy L. Cron of Worthville, KY, Jackie Coomer of LaGrange, KY, Linda Grisso of Dallas, TX and Connie Eaves of LaGrange, KY, 6 sons, Eddie R. Rose of Bedford, KY, Scott T. Rose of Worthville, KY, John L. Rose of Worthville, KY, Alex W. Rose of Owenton, KY, Adam W. Rose of Carrollton, KY and David Goetzinger of Louisville, KY. Also a sister, Alice Bryant of Indianapolis, IN and a brother, Raymond W. Rose of Batesville, IN, 36 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father, an infant sister and two grandchildren.

The family has chosen cremation.
