Pauline Blankenship

Pauline Tilley Blankenship, 90, of Carrollton, KY., died Wednesday afternoon at the Beehive Assisted Living Center in LaGrange, KY. She was born in Franklinton, Henry County, KY to Anthony William and Annie Nancy Raisor Kopp, who preceded her in death. She was a homemaker and member of the First Baptist Church of Carrollton and the Rebekah's.

Mrs. Blankenship is survived by five daughters; Doris Fox of Pompano Beach, FL, Ruthaleen Suter of Pompano Beach, FL, Mary Frances Mefford of Carrollton, KY, Phyllis Perry of Hendersonville, NC and Carolyn Welch of Lighthouse Point, FL, one son; Noble Franklin "Frank" Tilley of Carrollton, KY, three sisters; Edith Herndon of Metarie, LA, Jean Ratlief of Orange, VA and Faye Arvin of Madison, IN. Also, fourteen grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.

Preceding her in death in addition to her parents are; her husbands, Noble Tilley(1975) and Harry Blankenship(1990), a son; Joseph D. "Joe" Tilley(2003) and a grandson, Ritchie Walls(2005), four sisters; Ann Troxwell, Mary Blackburn, Jessie Thomas and Effie Kopp, three brothers; William Kopp, John Kopp and Sherman Kopp.

The Rev. Chris White will officiate the funeral service. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of gifts to The First Baptist Church of Carrollton
