Peggy Hebner

Peggy Ann Hebner, 77, of Carrollton, KY, died on Tuesday, March 2, 2021 at her residence in Carrollton.

She was born on December 13, 1943 in Carrollton, Carroll County, KY, the daughter of the late Jack Taylor Fitzgerald and Dorothy Evelyn Willett Fitzgerald.  She was a housewife and of the Pentecostal faith.

Peggy will be missed by her husband of sixty years; James Douglas Hebner of Carrollton, KY, two daughters; Evelyn Mangus of Cave-in-Rock, IL, and Dana Ligon of Worthville, KY, two son’s; Douglas Hebner of Indianapolis, IN, and Troy Hebner of Carrollton, KY, a brother; Tony Fitzgerald of Milton, KY, five sisters; Cheryl Craig of Covington, KY, Connie Sanders of Georgia, Patricia Winburn of Ghent, KY, Melissa Fitzgerald of Ghent, KY, and Dottie Stillwell of Milton, KY, nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren also survive.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother; Robert Taylor Fitzgerald and a great grandchild; Nataniel Allen Whitson.

Due to the current Covid-19 restrictions and the new reopening requirements we will be limiting our building occupancy to 60% of normal capacity, so please be prepared for a possible line as we will be monitoring the occupancy.  We will also be strictly adhering to the 6 feet social distancing requirements.  We also request that attendees please wear a face covering if possible.
