Penny Brown

Penny Lynn Krohn Brown, 42, of Nancy, KY, formerly of Carrollton, KY, died on Thursday, September 10, 2020 in Somerset, KY from injuries received in an automobile accident.

She was born on October 13, 1977 in Louisville, Jefferson County, KY, the daughter of Melvin E. “Gene” Krohn and Lillian Ruth Smith Krohn of Carrollton, KY.  She was a homemaker and of the Christian faith.  She enjoyed making people laugh, singing and spending time with her grandson.

She will be missed by her parents, two daughters; Savannah Hubbuch of Carrollton, KY, and Skilar Brown of Florence, KY,  a son; Damien Brown of Florence, KY, four sisters; Tammie and her husband, Edgar Polley of Florence, KY, Tina and her husband, Steve Rosenbaum of Carrollton, KY, Regina and her husband, David Miles of Campbellsburg, KY, and  Michelle and her husband, Donnie Sandlin of Hanover, IN, a grandson; Jaxon Ayres of Carrollton, KY, her companion; Leonard Diamond on Nancy, KY.

She was preceded in death by an infant brother; Melvin Eugene Krohn, Jr.

Due to the current Covid-19 restrictions and the new reopening requirements we will be limited to the Funeral Home building occupancy to 50% of normal capacity, so please be prepared for a possible line as we will be monitoring the occupancy.  We will also be strictly adhering to the 6 feet social distancing requirements and all attendees will be required to wear a face mask.
