Rachel W. Clark, 79, of Carrollton, KY, died on Tuesday, June 10, 2014 at the Norton Brownsboro Hospital in Louisville, KY.

She was born on December 7, 1934 in Henry County, KY, the daughter of the late Omer Wright and Cora Wilhoite Wright. She was a retired Nurse's Aid having specialized in Nursing Home Facilities. She was of the Baptist faith.

She is survived by her four daughters, Ruth Fitzgerald of Anaconda, MT, Bonnie Gregory of Burlington, KY, Connie James and Diane Moore, Both of Carrollton, KY, a son George Sanders of Cincinnati, OH, four sisters, Mary Ruth of Bedford, KY, Barbara Allen of Valley Station, KY, Nellie Harrod of Louisville, KY, and Betty Gregory of New Castle, KY, a brother, J.T. Wright of Wheatley, KY, nine grandchildren, twenty four great grandchildren and six great - great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Ralph Grover Clark, a daughter, Katheryn Elam, a sister, Lou Ann Wright and a brother, Omer Wright, Jr.

Funeral Services will be on Friday, June 13, 2014 at NOON at the Pentecostals of Carrollton. Visitation will be from 10:00 A.M. - NOON on Friday, June 13, 2014 at the Pentecostals of Carrollton. Burial will be in the Bethany Memorial Park and Cemetery in Louisville, KY.
