Rachel L. Wright, 73, of Worthville, KY, died on Thursday, September 18, 2014 at her residence in Worthivlle, KY.
She was born on March 2, 1941 in Carrollton, Carroll County, KY, the daughter of the late Leo Walker and Myra Hicks Walker. She was a former Nurse at the Carroll County Memorial Hospital and the King's Daughters' Hospital. She was a member of the Worthville Pentecostal Church.
She is survived by five daughters, Theda Messick of Oklahoma, Vanessa Gividen of Worthville, KY, Patricia Smith of Worthville, KY, Sara Darlage of Columbus, IN, and Melody Ritch of Worthville, KY, three sons, Bill Conner of Carroll County, KY, Tony Scott of Madison, IN, and Donnie Scott of Ghent, KY, several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Funeral Services were on Tuesday, September 23, 2014 at 2:00 P.M. at the Worthville Christian Church with the Rev. Jerry Knox officiating the service. Visitation was after 1:00 P.M. on Tuesday at the Worthville Christian Church. Burial was in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Carrollton.
Arrangements were entrusted with the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home.
