Raymond Russell Taylor

Raymond Russell "Dutch" Taylor, 78, of Carrollton, KY., died on Sunday, June 26, 2011 at his residence.

"Dutch" as many people knew him was born on August 19, 1933 in Henry County, KY., the son of the late Leo Allen Taylor and Irene (Hawkins) Tucker of Carrollton, KY.

He was retired from General Electric after 37 and half years, having worked in the Warehouse and Set-Up Shop. He currently worked part-time for The News Democrat Newspaper in Carrollton as a Delivery Driver. He was a member of the Family Worship Center in Carrollton where he was also a member of the 55 alive church group.

He is surived by his wife, Audrey Willett Taylor of Carrollton, KY., his son, Darrell Allen Taylor of Tallahassee, FL., his mother of Carrollton, KY., three grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father,his sister, Judy Lane Cox and three brothers, Richard, John and Roland Taylor.

Funeral Services were at 11:00 A.M., Wednesday, June 29, 2011 with the Rev. Pat Butcher officiating the service at the Family Worship Center in Carrollton. Burial was in the Port Royal Cemetery in Port Royal, KY.

The Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home was entrusted with the arrangements.
