Rev. Phyllis Sharp

Rev. Phyllis Louise Ramey Sharp, 78, of formerly of Carrollton, KY, died on Friday, November 27, 2015 at the Montgomery Care Center in Montgomery, OH.
She was born on May 1, 1937 in Carrollton, Carroll County, KY, the daughter of the late Leonard Clayton Ramey and Goldie Bell Ravenscraft Ramey. She was a 1955 graduate of Carrollton High School. She was currently a homemaker, but had been a licensed Lay Minister at the former Cozaddale United Methodist Church in Goshen, OH. On September 6, 1978 she was commissioned as a Kentucky Colonel. She was a 50 year member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Chapter #559 in Florence, KY. She had served her country in the United States Navy in 1957.
She is survived by a sister, Carolyn S. Ramey Perkins of Carrollton, KY.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Harold Heath Sharp, a brother, Leonard David Ramey.
The Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
Visitation
Visitation will be after 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday at the Funeral Home.
Funeral
Funeral Services will be on Wednesday, December 2, 2015 at 1:00 P.M. at the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home, 809 Highland Ave., Carrollton, KY 41008.
Interment
