Richard Hunter, 68, of Carrollton, KY., died on Sunday, May 13, 2007 at the University of Cincinnati Hospital in Cincinnati, OH.
He was born on January 29, 1939 in Carroll County, KY., the son of the late Connie "Conn" Hunter and Lillie Mae (Humble) Hunter. Richard was retired from the former Dayton-Walther factory in Carrollton. He was a member of the English Baptist Church.
Survivors include his son; Richard Douglas Hunter of Carrollton, KY., a step son; Michael Clifton of Carrollton, KY., four sisters; Lillian Hunter Warfield of Carrollton, KY., Mary Ellen Hunt of Carrollton, KY., Agnes Smith of Carrollton, KY., and Evelyn Frances Vick of Hampton, VA., two brothers; Chester Lee Hunter of Port Royal, KY., and Hershel Gene Hunter of Carrollton, KY., two grandchildren and one step grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife; Rose Mae (King) Hunter, and three brothers; Bill, Hubert Darrell and Douglas Wayne Hunter.
Funeral Services were held on Thursday, May 17, 2007 at 1:00 P.M. at the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home with burial following the service in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Carrollton, KY.
Arrangements were entrusted with the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home.
