Richard Pat Maiden, age 83, of Glencoe, KY died Friday, August 2, 2019 at the Gallatin Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Warsaw, KY. He was born in English, Carroll County, KY on August 11, 1935 to Stoy and Dora Patton Maiden. A member of the Glencoe Church of Christ, Richard Pat was retired from the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet as a highway resident engineer. He was a member of Tadmor Lodge #108, F. & A.M. in Warsaw, KY, an avid coin collector, NASCAR and U.K. Basketball fan and had served in the Army National Guard from December 6, 1955 until December 5, 1966.
Survivors include; five daughters; Jackie Maiden Renfro and husband Darwin of Owenton, KY, Janet Gibson and husband Jeff of Squiresville, KY, Candy Osborne of Glencoe, KY, Cindy Norris of Warsaw, KY and Pam Locke and husband Rickie of New Liberty, KY, three sons; Rodney Maiden and wife, Missy of English, KY, Pat O’Connor and wife Cecilia of Ghent, KY and Neal O’Connor and wife Darlene of Sparta, KY, eighteen grandchildren and thirty-three great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Betty Jo Littrell Maiden on April 18, 2017.
