Robert Albert

Robert Kenneth “Bob” Albert,  75, of Bedford, KY, died on Sunday, June 23, 2019 at the Baptist Hospital East in Louisville, KY.

He was born on December 2, 1943 in Leominster, MA, the son of the late Sylvio J. Albert and Priscilla Dorothy (Davis) Albert.  He had retired from Atochem in Carrollton as a chemical operator.  In his spare time he loved to hunt, fish, play cornhole, horse shoes, play with his dogs and work on the farm.

He is survived by his wife, Patricia June (Sutherland) Albert of Bedford, KY,  to whom her married on November 29, 1969, four sons, Michael Todd Albert of Bedford, KY, Robert Douglas Albert, Greensburg, IN, Kenneth Wade Albert of Bedford, KY, Damon Joseph (Stephanie) Albert of Bedford, KY, two brothers, Dennis Albert of Leominster, MA, and Walter Albert, a sister, June Lavoie of New Albany, IN, a brother in-law, Jim Sutherland of Bedford, KY, four grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a grandchild, John Merideth, a great grandchild, Jaxon Wingham, his father and mother  in-law, Ishmael and June Sutherland and a brother in-law, Gary Sutherland.
